• ​A 60-90 minute in depth discussion on your aims and goals for your space, to be carried out on site.

• You'll be provided with a written concept outlay, covering all that was discussed throughout your consultation. This will later be used as your concept brief for the production of your design works.

• You'll also be provided with a quote for your concept/ design works. One step closer to creating your dream space.

• Consultation fee- $495 *Including GST

• Production of your planting concept, provided as a 2D drawing. Layout and positioning of plants throughout your space. This may also include other elements of your project if required.  *Site plans will be required where possible, concepts are not expected to be presented to exact scale.

• Concept fee- Starting from $795

(+ depending on scale of works)

• Production of your complete design, outlining all elements to be covered within your project. This will include soft and hardscaping elements, required levels, possible construction plans if required. *Reticulation and lighting plans can also be requested at this stage. Site plans will be required for production to assist with working as close as possible to scale. 

• Complete design fee- Starting from $2,395 (+ depending on scale of works)​​

• Soft scaping elements including- soil preparation, reticulation, planting, mulching, lawn installation and much more.

• Hard scaping elements including- stone work, timber construction, retaining works and much more.

• Earthworks to allow for projects to run smoothly from the initial stages.

Terracotta Landscape & Design use highly skilled and qualified trades for installation works. Ensuring that all elements are completed with outstanding workmanship.
